Costs

We do not charge for curators to use the Narrowly Space. Donations are welcomed but not mandatory. However, it is important that the curator of the event pays for liability insurance and obtains a waiver form from each artist.

Liability Insurance

When hosting an event which is open to the public it is essential that liability insurance is in place. This will cover the curators and Narrowly Newark from legal costs and claims from injuries or damage that may occur during the event.

Currently this is estimated at £48 for the weekend. This will be confirmed with Narrowly Newark hosts who will complete the application form and inform the curator of the accurate quote. This price may be subject to changes due to the selected dates the curator chooses.

Artist Waiver Forms

Liability Insurance may not always cover individual artwork. It is essential that the curator obtains written consent from each artist to confirm they are aware of the environmental factors by exhibiting at Narrowly Newark, accepting risks of physical or weather damage and will not make any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from displaying artwork.
